ArmaFlex Closed Cell Elastomeric Rubber Insulation

ArmaFlex's closed-cell structure makes it a highly reliable insulation product, preventing water vapour penetration without an additional vapour barrier in most applications. Manufactured from nitrile rubber and polyvinyl chloride (NBR/PVC) compounds, ArmaFlex offers flexibility, durability, and ease of installation.

• High moisture penetration resistance — closed-cell structure with µ > 7,000
• Low thermal conductivity for energy efficiency (λ = 0.033–0.040 W/mK)
• Prevents corrosion under insulation (CUI) on chilled-water and HVAC pipework
• Class B1/B2 fire classification (EN 13501-1), CFC/HCFC-free
• Service temperature range -200°C to +150°C; pipe sizes DN 15 – DN 300, sheet thickness 6 – 50 mm

AFICO Fiberglass Insulation

APT Engineering also supplies AFICO fiberglass insulation — manufactured from molten silica sand and recycled glass for enhanced thermal and acoustic performance in demanding environments.
