Belt press filters are continuous dewatering machines operating 24/7, suited to municipal and industrial wastewater plants with high sludge volumes. Polymer-conditioned sludge passes through gravity, low-pressure, and high-pressure zones to produce a cake with 20–30% dry solids (DS).
