Industrial Air Conditioner

Industrial Air Conditioner
Industrial air conditioners are purpose-built climate control units designed to operate reliably in demanding environments — manufacturing floors, server rooms, control rooms, warehouses, and process facilities — where standard comfort-cooling equipment would fail. Unlike commercial split systems, industrial units are engineered for continuous 24/7 operation, high sensible heat ratios, wide ambient temperature ranges, and resistance to dust, vibration, corrosive atmospheres, and electrical interference. Common configurations include precision air conditioners (PACs) for data centres and switchgear rooms, packaged rooftop units for large industrial bays, and split-type industrial units for smaller process areas. From an MEP perspective, critical selection parameters include sensible cooling capacity (kW), supply air volume (m³/h), filtration class, IP/NEMA enclosure rating, refrigerant compliance, and communication protocol compatibility with SCADA or BMS platforms. We supply industrial air conditioning systems scaled from standalone room units to integrated multi-zone systems with centralised monitoring.
